Orientation for new employees class 3-4

The Company had arranged the orientation for new employees in two classes totally 27 employees (3^rd class had 16 employees and 4^th class had 11 employees at July 13 and 15 respectively). Venue Center of Excellence room which the company had knowledge tests before training and after training (Pre-test and Post-test). To assess the understanding that participants receive.

3. Employee Welfare, Rights that the employees should know
4. Company Regulations, Rules and Provident fund 
5. Code of Employees (Drafts)
6. Sustainable Development, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility
7. Plan or Road Map to Anti-Corruption

“Discipline, heart and work” workshop

 Moreover, the company had arranged the workshop called “Discipline, heart and work” for 23 employees in the past July 22 venue Center of Excellence room. This workshop aims to review knowledge and understanding of company’s regulations, rules and strengthen relationship by doing activities. For boosts up the Unity, for Critical Thinking Management, and for Emotional Quotient Development.
