The Company had arranged the orientation for new employees in two classes totally 40 employees (Class One had 23 employees and Class two had 17 employees at July 4 and 8 respectively). Venue Center of Excellence room which the company had knowledge tests before training and after training (Pretest, Post-test). To assess the understanding that participants receive.
