The Company has appointed a working group to improve the efficiency of the organization, and reduce, or eliminate costs that are not congruence with the EFORL-AIM mission as soon as possible. To provide tools for communication, measurement, strategic management, link to sales targets, and accurate budgeting.

The working group has developed a template for the directors, managers, and equivalent positions. Front part that directly relates to customers, products, and services, and Back Office part including for doing a workshop on June 19 and 21 at the Company’s Center of Excellence meeting room.

The template that the team has developed come from two concepts.

• Cost Reduction, that focus on and accept expenditures that are congruence with the organization’s investment and mission. Which items are not congruence, it must be reduced or eliminated. It also plans (action plans) to reduce or eliminate unnecessary expenses.
• Set the measurements, that are derived from the brainstorming of working group from both Financial Indicators and Non-Financial Indicators. Both are provided to the various parties to develop objectives, measures, targets, and strategic initiatives (any activities/projects/programs) that will achieve them.

The meeting was discussed. Extensive discussions have been concluded and are ready to push the project forward.

The next step is to bring the measurements from each department to the process and present to the Executives. It is important strategic information. That can align (products, services, and organization) closely with a customer-intimacy strategy. This strategy is one of the key processes in developing strategy maps for the Company.
