On September 18 and 25, the directors, executives, and employees of the Company and subsidiaries participated in an online workshop entitled "OKR: Concept and Workshop" via the Zoom application, which was lectured and led by Dr. Wichai Limpitikanon from BAC Consultant. It aims to use Objective and Key Results – OKRs as an essential management tool in developing, improving, and building on a system for setting goals and tracking objectives and the results to be more effective.
